Refund Policy

1. Raffle Tickets

All raffle ticket purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once tickets are purchased and used to enter a raffle, they cannot be refunded or returned.

2. Why Tickets Are Non-Refundable

Raffle tickets are non-refundable because:

  • They are immediately entered into live raffles
  • Refunds would unfairly affect odds for other participants
  • This is standard practice for sweepstakes and raffles
  • Tickets never expire and can be used on any raffle

3. Ticket Expiration

The good news: Raffle tickets NEVER EXPIRE. If you don't use them on one raffle, you can save them for any future raffle.

4. Cancelled Raffles

If Vault Grails cancels a raffle for any reason:

  • All tickets entered in that raffle will be returned to your account
  • You can use returned tickets on any other raffle
  • No refunds will be issued, only ticket credits

5. Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the wrong ticket package, contact support@vaultgrails.com within 24 hours. We will review on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee refunds.

6. Payment Disputes

All payments are processed through Stripe. For payment issues or disputes, contact support@vaultgrails.com with your transaction details.

7. Fraudulent Activity

If we detect fraudulent activity on your account, all tickets may be forfeited and your account suspended. No refunds will be issued for accounts involved in fraud.

8. Prize Refunds

Winners cannot request a cash refund in place of their prize. All prizes must be accepted as awarded.

9. Free Tickets

Tickets earned through watching advertisements are provided free of charge and have no cash value.
