Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

All raffle prizes are shipped FREE to winners via fully insured FedEx. There is NO cost to the winner for shipping or insurance.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping will be available at an additional charge.

3. Processing Time

Prizes are typically shipped within 5-7 business days after winner confirmation and address verification.

4. Shipping Method

All prizes ship via FedEx with:

• Full insurance coverage for declared value
• Adult signature required upon delivery
• Real-time tracking provided to winner
• 2-5 business day delivery within the US

5. Packaging

Cards are packaged with extreme care:

• Cards remain in protective grading slabs
• Additional bubble wrap and protective materials
• Sturdy boxes with "Fragile" markings
• Double-boxed for high-value items

6. Address Verification

Winners must provide a valid US shipping address within 7 days of winning. We verify all addresses before shipping.

7. Delivery

Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. If no one is available, FedEx will leave a door tag for rescheduled delivery or pickup.

8. Tracking

Winners receive a tracking number via email as soon as the prize ships. Track your package at fedex.com

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event of loss or damage:

• All shipments are fully insured for declared value
• Winners must report issues within 48 hours of delivery
• We will work with FedEx to file claims
• Winners are fully protected by insurance

10. Refused Deliveries

If a winner refuses delivery or fails to accept the package, the prize may be forfeited.
