Terms of Service — Vault Grails

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vault Grails ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Vault Grails, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. Account Registration

To participate in raffles, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Raffle Participation

All raffles are subject to our Raffle Rules. By entering a raffle, you agree to abide by these rules and accept the decisions of Vault Grails as final and binding.

5. Tickets and Payments

Raffle tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Tickets do not expire and can be used on any current or future raffle.

6. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Free alternative entry methods are available by watching advertisements as detailed in our Raffle Rules.

7. Prize Fulfillment

Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing. Prizes will be shipped via insured FedEx at no cost to the winner. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use bots or automated systems to enter raffles
Create multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits
Engage in fraudulent activity
Attempt to manipulate or interfere with raffles
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

Vault Grails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
